Overview
Live Sound Assist is designed as a local audio workflow tool. The app helps users browse microphone presets, run a local RTA/feedback assistant, and connect to Mixing Station or supported mixer control endpoints on a local network.
Data Collection
Version 1.0 of Live Sound Assist does not collect personal data, does not require an account, does not include advertising, does not use third-party tracking, and does not include analytics.
Local Data
The app may store settings locally on the user's device, such as Mixing Station host, Mixing Station port, selected channel, and app preferences. This information stays on the device unless the user separately chooses to share it.
Local Network Access
The app requests local network access so it can connect to Mixing Station and supported audio devices on the user's local network. Local network access is used only for mixer-control workflows selected by the user.
Microphone Access
The app may request microphone access for standalone RTA, SPL trend, and feedback assistant workflows. Audio is processed locally on the user's device for live frequency display and feedback guidance. Version 1.0 does not record, store, or transmit microphone audio to Zampelli Sound servers.
Purchases
Live Sound Assist may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Zampelli Sound does not receive or store payment card details. The app may check App Store purchase entitlement status locally so it can unlock purchased features.
Mixer And Audio Device Data
When the user connects to Mixing Station or a supported mixer endpoint, the app may read or write mixer parameters on the local network, such as channel names, EQ settings, gate settings, and compressor settings. Version 1.0 does not transmit mixer data to Zampelli Sound servers.
Future Features
If future versions add accounts, cloud preset sharing, analytics, crash reporting, or uploaded support logs, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.
